Join us for Band Buddy Night at Lakeshore High School on Friday, September 27, 2024. This is a great opportunity for your students to work with the LHS Titan Band and be a part of Friday Night Lights! Open to all 6th – 8th graders.

Students will rehearse with the band prior to the game and perform at halftime! Participants will receive a t-shirt and dinner. We will open the band room at 5:00pm and all students should be picked up no later than 9:45pm.

Band Buddy Night Registration

Students will be provided dinner at half-time. They may bring cash for concession purchases after half-time.

My student named above has my permission to attend the FUTURE TITAN Band Buddy Night at Lakeshore High School on September 27, 2024. I understand that my student is responsible for adhering to LHS's rules and regulations and that he/she will be under the leadership of the sponsor and chaperones.

My student is to wear his/her School's Band Shirt, Khaki Bottoms, and closed-toe shoes to the event.

Please bring your instrument if you can!

Permission is given to the sponsor to obtain emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary.

The activity will begin in the Lakeshore high School Band Room at 5:00pm and end at approximately 9:45pm. I understand that it is my responsibility to have my student at LHS no later than 5:30pm and picked up promptly at 9:45pm. I also understand that I am to sign my student in and out for this event.

The LHS Band room is located between the gym and cafeteria in a separate building.

I have read and fully understand the rules and regulations governing this off-campus activity. I understand that I am providing my own transportation to and from Lakeshore High School.
